Navitas Engineering becomes part of the Octavius Infrastructure family of businesses.  

We are delighted to announce that Navitas Engineering, as part of the Navitas Engineering Group, and sister company Permarail have become part of the Octavius family of businesses.

Prior to this acquisition Navitas Engineering already enjoyed a strong long-term working relationship with Octavius, with the businesses being well aligned in terms of culture and ethos. Navitas, along with its sister company, Permarail, and Octavius are highly complementary to each other, with the rail electrification specialism of Navitas now sitting alongside an increasing electrification delivery capability in Octavius, particularly given the recent success as E&P partner in the Southern Renewals Enterprise for CP7 and CP8. The rail expertise of the combined businesses represents a key step in the strategic growth and development of both companies, recognising the importance that rail electrification will play in the future of UK transport and our ongoing commitment to decarbonisation.

Navitas will continue to trade under its own name and will remain as a separate Limited company. Our teams will continue working with the same people day to day, enjoying the same proactive and customer focused approach that we always try to deliver.
